This guide outlines an easy step by step Customer Review process.
Review Notification: Once the customer competes a project and submits a review of your services, you will receive a notification email prompting you to review and rate the customer. The notification includes a link to the project. If you do not receive the notification email within a few minutes, please check your Spam Email folder just in case the notification email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Provide Feedback: Click "Provide Feedback" button on the project page to review and rate the customer.
Review Form: Select your ratings and enter review comments as shown below.
Customer's Back Office: Once submited, your review ratings and comments will appear on the Customer's Back Office.
Customer's Public Profile: Once submited, your review ratings and comments will appear on the Customer's Public Profile (that is, if the customer has granted TradiePortal.com.au permission to display their public profile).
